Dr. Indrajit Karande co-founded Perth CDC to help children access multidisciplinary care for developmental, behavioural, and general paediatric needs. He brings extensive training and a warm, family-centred approach to every stage of a child’s healthcare journey.




Dr. Indrajit Karande Supports Every Stage of Childhood Health
Dr. Indrajit Karande is a paediatrician with over 16 years of experience in paediatrics, neonatology, and developmental care. He has worked in hospitals and child development centres across Western Australia and Tasmania.
His clinical interests include autism, ADHD, and complex behavioural concerns. Dr. Karande is known for his collaborative and practical approach, as well as his commitment to individualised, evidence-based care for every child.
- Dr. Karande completed his MBBS and Diploma in Child Health in India before moving to Australia in 2010.
- He trained in paediatrics, neonatology, and developmental care at Royal Hobart Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, and child development centres across WA.
- He holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis and is ADOS-2 trained.
